HBO’s long-awaited fourth season of The Gilded Age ups Kelley Curran into a series regular role. She joined the show at the very beginning as Turner, soon to be Mrs. Enid Winterton, an ambitious former lady’s maid and new, but confident socialite. New additions Dallas Roberts (Walk the Line) and Elizabeth Marvel (Presumed Innocent).
Shameless actress Ruby Modine joins the cast of indie coming of age Sicklerville. The 2010s drama follows a group of friends during one destructive night in their hometown where their ugly pasts come back to haunt them. Filming will begin this spring in South Jersey entirely on 16mm.
Fox’s Baywatch reboot starts announcing its cast. Newcomer Jessica Belkin (Amazon’s Elle) will play Charlie Vale, the granddaughter of Mitch Buchannon (played by David Hasselhoff in the original). Vale is described as fearless and passionate, determined to live up to the Buchannon’s family legacy as the Palisades newest lifeguard.
The Hunger Games’ Isabelle Fuhrman has joined Netflix’s The 99’ers, an ensemble drama feature following the 1999 U.S. Women’s Soccer team. The Orphan actress is joining Zoey Deutch who will play the risk taking soccer executive who led the team to success.
Christina Elmore, the star of HBO Max’s The Girls on the Bus is joining NBC drama Puzzled alongside Damon Wayans Jr. (New Girls). Elmore will play a busy mom to three kids who runs Atlanta’s even busier major crime unit. The Universal Television pilot is still casting.
